Terms and Conditions
We very much appreciate your continued patronage and support! In order to make purchasing stock from us a pleasant experience for current clients and potential customers, all orders are subject to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any given time. Thank you in advance for taking time to read.
Order Forms:
Our chick waiting lists for 2015 are currently full. However, chicks hatching eggs, and older stock will be available periodically and will be posted to our Facebook Page.
|
- Started Stock: We unfortunately do not take orders for juvenile or adult birds. We don't have the facilities or the time required to grow out stock to sell. Please contact us personally for availability or like our Facebook Page as we periodically sell older birds through there.
- Shipping: We offer shipped hatching eggs to Iowa residents only at this time. Chicks are pickup only.
Chicks and Hatching Eggs:
Our hatching season is estimated to run March-July.
|
- Eggs: Hatching eggs are sold in 1 dozen increments on a limited basis, when available.
- As a kind reminder, please note that we are a small hobby farm, not a hatchery. We do our best to supply our clients with the best possible stock. Because of this, we aren't able to produce as many hatching eggs and chicks as a large scale hatchery. Please keep in mind.
Prices:
- Due to the fluctuation in prices of feed, medication, and supplies, we reserve the right to change prices on any of our stock at any time throughout the year. However,we will never raise prices on orders already taken. In the event of a price decrease, we will adjust the total dollar amount on orders not yet filled to reflect the new price. This ensures you are getting the healthiest stock possible.
- Lastly, we also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, and at any time.
